NovaLink Solutions is a UK-based digital services company specialising in customer support and online client communication solutions. We work with international clients across Europe and provide scalable remote support teams to handle customer enquiries efficiently and professionally.

We are currently expanding our UK remote team and are hiring Chat Managers to support our growing client base.

Job Overview:

As a Chat Manager, you will be responsible for handling customer queries via live chat, providing accurate information, and ensuring high-quality customer experience in line with company standards.

This is a fully remote position within the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing customer interactions via live chat in a professional manner

Providing product and service information to customers

Handling first-line support queries and resolving basic issues

Escalating complex cases to relevant departments

Updating internal systems with accurate customer data

Maintaining a high standard of written communication

Requirements:

Strong written English communication skills

Basic computer literacy and ability to work with online systems

Attention to detail and good organisational skills

Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Previous experience in customer service or online support is an advantage, but not required
