SRS Doors and Windows Limited

I was looking for a door supplier and fitter for my Church and came across SRS and decided amongst the 3 suppliers I contacted to go with them. They came, measured up and provided me with quotes to go back to my Church with. The church trusted my opinion so we went ahead with their quote, paid the deposit from their quote, we went for 3 composite door instead of PVC or wood. The doors are excellent quality the installation I can’t fault and everything is just more beautiful than I could have imagined, the church authorities and members all love the doors. Nigel was quick at replying to my queries and was able to resolved all the unexpected issues that come up during the work. He is well connected and had someone to resolve any problem. We are satisfied with the work done.

Can’t tell you what a great job they did, first door had some imperfections, not that I could see but Gary saw them, they immediately ordered new door. I thought I may have needed to do a lot of touching up of paint work but none were needed, the finish was perfect, fantastic job done from a really helpful friendly team, Thanks you so much SRS Windows and Doors 👍😁

Nigel came out to assess what was needed to get our ageing patio door moving freely again and went to great lengths to find a suitable replacement track and handle. Gary and Ed then visited to fit the new track and wheels (not a straightforward job as they needed to remove the glass before they could get the frame out) and was impressed with their obvious experience and professionalism getting the job done. Excellent communication throughout and would definitely recommend SRS.

SRS fitted a new double glazed patio door and windows a few months back. The tenant lost the keys and Billy was so kind, he sourced new keys and popped them in post for us without question! Really appreciate how helpful and available to our requests SRS have been! Brilliant customer service!
