On-Site Manufacturing

All our products are bespoke, the majority manufactured on site using state of the art machinery and skilled/experienced staff. The casement windows come fully fitted with espagnolette locking systems as standard, giving a choice of two full locking positions, allowing a locking night vent facility ideal for the domestic market, with added security and ventilation. A shoot-bolt system is available on request. Espagnolette locks are BBA approved, anti corrosive and are manufactured in line with BS7950 (PASO 11) requirements.

Free Estimates

River Windows offer our domestic customers a complete in home measuring and estimation service, totally free and without obligation. River Windows’ friendly sales staff carry window samples and can help design your new windows/conservatory with the minimum of fuss. River Windows fitting teams are fully qualified and will carry out your installation efficiently and on time, taking care to dust sheet the whole area, remove old frames/glass from site and tidy up afterwards. We also use our fitters to perform a full site survey before manufacture, ensuring a smooth and efficient service and total customer satisfaction.

Experienced & Skilled Installers

Our installers can be seen all over East Sussex, we are regularly installing in Eastbourne, Bexhill, Hastings, St Leonards on Sea, Rye and Heathfield, not forgetting all the villages and towns in between. Over 65% of River Windows’ customers have either been recommended or have used River Windows before, bearing testimony to the fact that quality, service and a good price are what our customers expect time and again, and that is what we deliver.

Trade & Domestic Customers

River Windows offices/factory are open to customers if they wish to call in. It is possible, on request, to view the frames as they progress through the manufacture process. When an order is placed for a conservatory River Windows can supply the customer with a photograph of the rear of their property with a computer graphic conservatory design placed on the photograph to give an idea of the finished order.
