We were expecting our Quickslide delivery today, but the driver refused to enter our street, claiming he couldn’t access it. This was simply not true. Large vehicles come down this road regularly — we’ve had cranes, grab lorries, steel deliveries, timber trucks, and building materials delivered here for years without any issue. There are no restrictions or signs at the entrance, and access is perfectly suitable for delivery vehicles. Instead of checking properly or offering any help, the driver asked us to collect the windows ourselves from another location. We had to drive out, pick them up with our own car, and bring them back — completely unnecessary and a huge inconvenience. The truck wasn’t even particularly large, and we’ve had much bigger vehicles deliver to this exact address many times. Quickslide did not assist, did not investigate, and left us with extra work for no valid reason. Very disappointing service.

Great product, great company to deal with. Used them for years and never had any issues. Recently missed an email and never confirmed a job in time for the delivery that I was desperate for. I dealt with Callum - him and his team sorted it out for me and got me out of a situation and we have a very happy customer! Thanks again, it's very much appreciated.

We recently had our windows done by Quickslide and couldn’t be happier. The quality is excellent and the pricing was very competitive. Communication was spot on throughout. Emails were always answered quickly, and Jacob was brilliant, handling all our queries and keeping us informed every step of the way. Steve carried out the survey and later returned to fit the windows with Giles. Both were friendly, professional, and clearly take pride in their work. The installation was done to a really high standard, with great care taken to protect carpets and floors. They left everything spotless afterwards, with all rubbish removed. Overall, a smooth, stress-free experience with a fantastic end result. Highly recommended.

We use quickslide regularly as one of our suppliers and really love the quality of product, as do our customers. We in particular love dealing with the staff in the offices especially Jovita Doftartaite as she and her team go above and beyond to make the process as easy as possible. Even when we do ring with daft questions. They are easy to speak to and always in a lovely mood which you don't always get with suppliers in this trade which makes such a difference and makes busy days a lot easier.

I have been using Quickslide for all of our doors and windows since we started building garden rooms in 2020. The quality of product is superb but more importantly the service from the team is exceptional. I have a trusted point of contact (thanks Ray) for all of my sales enquiries and my quotes are typically converted to orders in the same day. The guys are super responsive and anytime there is a post sales issues the customer care team are responsive and get any issues resolved immediately.
