Innova Trade Frames

If only all companies were as good to deal with as Innova trade frames! Right from the first visit by Rhys, they dealt with the job in a friendly professional way. The windows, doors & conservatory are top quality & were fitted quickly & professionally. I would have no hesitation in recommending Innova to anyone.

What a lovely experience, from the initial survey and conversations about styles colours to discussing the quote and work schedules. We’ve had the whole house done. Everything was really easy and pleasant. The installation was quick and we’re really pleased with the final product. The installation team were great and they left the site as they found it, cleaned up after themselves, etc… We would totally recommend these guys in a heart beat.

We recently had our whole house refitted with R7 windows from Innova with a particular requirement for a porthole window which they were able to do too. They gave us addresses of properties to see their work and one of the home owners also allowed us to come in to see the windows from the inside. Happy with the fitters, they tidied up before they left everyday and happy with the finish. They offer a competitive price and it was easy to communicate with everyone and were happy to answer all our questions. Had an issue with one of the window locks which they had no issue coming back to resolve. Would be happy to recommend them.

I was introduced to the Innova Windows team by a friend that had used them. The entire experience was simply perfect. Luke came out and talked us through our options and was patient with our many questions. We checked out some previous installations and were impressed with the finish. Their attention to detail before, during and after was fantastic and we couldn’t be happier with the finished product. I would highly recommend them!

We recently had all front windows replaced by Innova and are extremely happy with the result. From start to finish, the whole experience was professional, smooth and very well managed. Rhys was excellent throughout the project — knowledgeable, responsive and very easy to deal with. He took the time to explain everything clearly, kept us updated and made sure everything ran as planned. His customer service was outstanding and gave us confidence from the beginning. The installer also deserves special praise. The workmanship and attention to detail were genuinely excellent. He worked incredibly hard, was punctual, tidy, respectful of the house and clearly took real pride in the quality of his work. The finish both inside and outside is superb and the new flush windows look fantastic. Overall, a very high-quality installation and a company I would happily recommend to anyone looking for new windows.
