Channel Windows

We had a brilliant experience with Channel Windows from start to finish. The whole process was smooth, professional, and really well organised from the initial quote right through to the completed work. Tony and Casey were fab, super professional whilst also being really friendly and approachable. They did an excellent job and clearly take pride in their work. Everyone we dealt with in the office was lovely too, helpful and great with communication throughout. We’re really pleased with the end result and would happily recommend Channel Windows to anyone.

We had Tony round to fit several window boards at our house. He arrived on time and left the property clean and tidy. Tony did an amazing job and was a real asset to Channel Windows. I would definitely recommend this company. The picture is of our newly fitted kitchen and one of the window boards that Tony fitted. Amazing.

Terrible experience, expensive window fitted scratched. Several visits over several months to put right. No good will gesture to acknowledge the time you have to take of work to put right. The office / admin have no client care skills. I need to get the rest of my windows sorted but given the admin team fail to reply I am taking my business else where. Avoid at all costs!

Our doors and windows from Eden window. They installed our door wrong and missing some parts. And the service attitude is very poor. All our doors now are channel window's Andy to help me correct the problem and missing parts. Thank you so much Andy and his team come to help ♥️
