I had a lovely young man, name Tony, who came to replace a blown glass door unit. He was very kind and considerate, and mindful of my home. He put me at ease from the start and was very helpful when I asked questions about other fittings. All in all the company was very professional, helpful, and polite. I would recommend them for any of your double glazed needs.

We had a brilliant experience with Channel Windows from start to finish. The whole process was smooth, professional, and really well organised from the initial quote right through to the completed work. Tony and Casey were fab, super professional whilst also being really friendly and approachable. They did an excellent job and clearly take pride in their work. Everyone we dealt with in the office was lovely too, helpful and great with communication throughout. We’re really pleased with the end result and would happily recommend Channel Windows to anyone.

We had Tony round to fit several window boards at our house. He arrived on time and left the property clean and tidy. Tony did an amazing job and was a real asset to Channel Windows. Our doors and windows from Eden window. They installed our door wrong and missing some parts. And the service attitude is very poor. All our doors now are channel window's Andy to help me correct the problem and missing parts. Thank you so much Andy and his team come to help ♥️
