Absolutely disgraceful treatment of them to me as a Customer who has fully paid their invoices for the service that they provided and eventually rectified to a certain extend.
I've not received guarantee for my windows, had the fitters back twice due to glass in a few of the windows being broken at the time of installation. Was chased for final payment prior to the issues being rectified so held off paying final payment until the broken panes were replaced.
When I emailed requesting the guarantee which hadn't been provided to me (supposed to be a ten-year guarantee) I received no response despite numerous times of chasing them for this to be provided to me. When I tried yet again to chase via email for this, the email bounced back notifying me that it is being rejected so they have blocked my email address from contacting them which is absolutely disgraceful when I am merely requesting a guarantee which is a standard part of their service for which I had paid a lot of money!
I would not recommend using this company, I am in the process of taking legal action against them and reporting them to trading standards over this matter which I have been told from a legal standpoint, they do not have a leg to stand on due to the evidence proving the being is factual and correct, the courts will require this evidence and this then demonstrates that the company have acting improperly to which their will be legal consequences, and thankfully, it seems that I am likely to be compensated for this inappropriate and unlawful treatment by Bromley Windows and Doors.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU TO AVOID USING THIS COMPANY.
