Unfortunately I can not leave minus stars but I would if I could. I bought in to the salesman who offered a wonderful service, paid 50% deposit and then it all went down hill. The doors were not wide or tall enough or fitted correctly. The massive void was filled with filler foam and silicone. The doors were damaged on arrival but fitted anyway. Glass was also damaged. I was told i could touch up the chips.Both doors leaked and I had trouble with the locks and needed lock smiths. The contact alarm point wires were so far away from doors they couldn't be used. There was excess amount of trim used to cover the filler foam, there were no angles or finesse in the cutting or any stage of the installation. The threshold on both doors was a trip hazard. It as impossible to contact BWD and I took them to court to get my money back. This was a long drawn out process and I am still waiting a year later. The whole process has been distressing and has caused a huge amount of anxiety. Avoid this company at all costs.

Professional and easy to deal with. Answered all my questions that I had and gave an experienced opinion. He kept in contact with me and set my mind at rest that I had chosen the right company to use. Even down to Lee who did the installation. Clean and tidied up after himself. The door even arrived earlier than expected m. Both a pleasure to deal with and wont hesitate to contact them for any windows or door replacements that I need in the future and also would recommend to family and friends. 5 star service!!

I wish I could say that I’ve had an amazing experience but similar to all the other comments on here, they took my money and done a runner. People who don’t know what it means to make an honest living. I’m pretty shocked how they’ve gotten away with it for so long. Clearly they think they were onto a good thing by ripping people off but reality will catch up with them eventually. Police and bank are on the case. Update: managed to get my money back through the bank but I warn anyone from considering this company. A bunch of charlatans

I wouldn't give any stars for this company. This company is a fraudulent company, they're taking deposits and not supplying the goods. I paid £1200 deposit and received no door or window, they just took my money. They're being investigated by the police and the banks for fraud.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. Have been waiting nearly 6 months for our windows to be fitted only to be told last minute that not all of the windows have been manufactured. Impossible to get in contact with anyone and this is unfortunately a last resort to try and get some response from them. Has been an absolutely terrible experience from start to finish. 0 communication and constant lies and let downs. Please do not waste your time and money. This sudden influx of positive reviews seems very suspicious and I would not trust them. Overall an extremely disappointing, frustrating and stressful experience.
