Ace Windows, Doors, Locks & Glass

Mark did some windows for me on the first floor in November 2022 and he provided me with 3-warranty for any issues. I contacted him in September 2024 to say one of the windows in particular keeps misting and have to clean it. After a lot of chasings, one of his colleagues came in March 2026 and took the measurements and said a new unit can be installed very soon and I will pay nothing as all part of the warranty. After a few weeks I have not got any updates, so I chased Mark and he said, nothing wrong with the unit, so nothing will be done and I am clearly trying to get a new unit just before the warranty runs out. I tried to call him but no reply and no response to my text too. After lon waiting and chasings, this is very very poor reply and the overall job was bad anyway, plus most of the glazing seals keep popping out, so AVOID this service.

One of the hinges on my bi-fold door came off. The parts were under warranty but I needed someone to repair it. Ace were super responsive, and were able to get the parts and come out. They were very professional and the door was quickly repaired. Thank you!

Fast Response, Excellent Service at Attractive Price My flat door has failed in a fire safety inspection recently which requires repairs. The management company did recommend a contractor. However the quotation is surprising and the repair works would be divided into various days. Some contractors replied they would not handle repairs on a single door.
