Amazing service, booked online and could see what tyres I wanted to choose, partner had to take my car up as I had a trapped nerve and he was back in 25 minutes inc travel time. Guys are super speedy and really friendly and professional.

I was also a customer at this tyre shop and my experience was completely different. The staff were honest, explained everything clearly, and did not try to force anything. In my case, they showed the tyre dates before fitting and gave me the option to decide. Tyres that are around two years old are still considered acceptable and unused stock in the industry, as long as they are stored correctly. However, customers always have the right to refuse if they want a newer date. From what I saw, the team handled concerns professionally. I believe this situation could have been a misunderstanding rather than intentional dishonesty. I’m sharing my genuine experience as a real customer.

Do not trust this tyre shop. I very clearly told them before replacing my tyres that I wanted new stock tyres only. Despite this explicit instruction, they fitted tyres that were already just over two years old! I only caught this because I checked the tyre dates myself before leaving. If I hadn’t, I would have unknowingly driven away with old stock tyres! That is not an accident—that is a serious breach of trust. This behaviour is completely unacceptable and reflects either deliberate deception or shocking incompetence. In an industry where safety matters, this is especially concerning. I have absolutely no confidence in this people, they lied in front of my face! I told them to remove the tyres and put my old tyres! Very very dishonest people, and wasted my time, as this shop was 40 minutes drive from my home! He’s reviews should be treated with caution, as they may have been posted by friends or relatives rather than actual customers.

I've always received a great experience at Global Tyres whenever I attend. The staff are friendly, honest, and have never tried to upsell me anything unnecessary. Their service is always quick, efficient, and clearly explained. Their prices are by far the cheapest in the Aylesbury area and I’d definitely recommend them for a reliable and professional service.

Called late Saturday afternoon due to nail in my tyre. Was able to come straight away where the guys repaired quickly and efficiently. Very accommodating and informative as to what needed doing. Good price and good service. Definitely recommend
