Very terrible experience just to do a simple tyre change. Took the car in for a tyre change. Tyre change went smoothly but after the tyre service my brake back plate was broken. Went back to the shop the other day explained what happened and I was told they are not responsible for the damage. They have asked me to come back another day to speak to the mechanic who did the tyre change to discuss the damage. So I went back another day and I was told again the mechanic wasn’t there due to the mechanic is taking the day off and asked me to come back another day. I’m just fed up at this point and they don’t really seem to care about resolving the issue.

I had a massive rock hurtle under the car infront of me and subsequently under my wheel on the m74 which gave me a completely flat tyre within less than 30 seconds. My breakdown cover took me to Dr Tyres however we were unsure if they'd be open past on a Bank Holiday. Thank everything that they were open and they got me on with a new tyre within 10 minutes for a fantastic price. The price was so good, I never got the name of the man who fixed my tire but thank you for your sincere kindness last night. Thank you so much, you saved my life. God bless you all.
