Matt and Jamie did an excellent job fir a very reasonable price. They completed the work to a high standard, even though an old dry stone wall near the base of the trees made it a particularly difficult job. This extra challenge meant it took them longer than anticipated, but they carried on working til it was virtually pitch black to make sure the job was completed and the site was left tidy. Thet were also happy to share their substantial knowledge about a number of other trees. Would highly recommend.

We have a medium sized urban garden filled predominantly with mature trees and bushes. It has been extremely difficult for us to find reliable and competent tree surgeons. So I took a chance when I searched online and found Neve Forestry & Arb at the top of the Google search list, with fantastic 5 star reviews from other people. I can testify that Matt Neve and his team are worth every star! Matt is a great listener and knew exactly how I wanted my Curly Willow Tree cut. The tree was taller than the three-storey neighbouring house and was leaning slightly precariously. After a day of hard work he and his colleague had turned it into a healthy grower again and a haven for me to sit beneath. Their work was above and beyond and I’m so happy to have found a tree surgeon company that we can confidently call upon again in future. Matt is very professional, clean and tidy, communication is great throughout, prices on all quotes are very good. We have used Matt a few times now and will continue to do so in the future, from tree surgery to fencing Matt is the man to get it done! I have no hessitation whatsoever in recommending Matt.

We had a tricky job for Matt and Jamie. Six Ash trees down in a small confined area with a garage underneath and cables going through the trees - so we were concerned. But there was no need to be - the boys worked safely and efficiently and got all of the trees down without any damage to anything. Each tree needed to be climbed which is no mean feat in itself. We kept the wood and the boys cut each tree into manageable chunks and chipped the smaller branches. I would highly recommend Matt and his team for any Tree surgery requirements that you have. Very reasonable cost and what I liked is that he showed me his insurance cover immediately I didn’t have to ask for it… We will definitely be using Matt again.

Great communication from start to finish. Very knowledgeable snd professional, did a superb job on the trees and left the garden in a neat and tidy condition despite some challenging conditions. Highly recommended.
