Be careful!!! Really unhelpful during the issues with flights due to the war. They could not find me any route (but I could see some directly online and booked that way instead), and are ignoring my request to process my refund for my cancelled flights. The airline won’t let you do anything direct if you book through an agent and this agent will not respond. I appreciate things are busy but support is needed right now and I’ve been requesting this for 2 days.

CONSUMER BEWARE! SCAM, SCAM, SCAM! The company numbers do NOT work, they ONLY communicate via WhatsApp nothing more. I am fighting to get ALL of my money back. I just refuse to pay for a portion of some scam. I paid for the full refund insurance and was told that's not what covers. However looks like they'll win. Dirty dogs.

Good evening I’m very surprised of your response to my good review. I gave your Company a good review, you must misread it and I ask you to read it again , My comment on the review highlighting the amazing service I received from your member of staff Mr Mark Smith and Hannah thanking them for their support and making ever effort for me to retain safe safely to the UK. Please read my review again. I’m sure there is some misunderstanding reflecting to your reply. Which seems to be automatic reply to good or bad reviews . Kind regards George Matta 1AF11859 \\ 2QTPQZ

I had some doubts about this company before booking my trip to Japan, but I can confidently say they’re completely legitimate. Everything went smoothly from the initial booking to receiving all the necessary documents for my flight. The price was very reasonable, the service was efficient, and their customer support line was responsive and helpful throughout. Highly recommend.

This travel agent to be avoided at all costs Airlines cancelled a sector six months before fly date but agent did not reroute or inform me I only found out 3 days before my travel and it was the goodness of the airline which helped me out as Travel Junction washed their hands off the whole affair inspite of panicked emails and calls. Moreover they issued me an E Ticket return to Heathrow when the actual flight was arriving in Gatwick This was all manually done as even the date of flight was for 2025 rather than 2026! Customer services accepted their error and talked about retraining staff etc etc and agreed to reimburse my taxi fare which I am still waiting six weeks later. The matter with their refund office The fact they have a refund office means they need to refund a lot of their errors! Very polite staff but USELESS and ineffective
