Travel junction

Be careful!!! Really unhelpful during the issues with flights due to the war. They could not find me any route (but I could see some directly online and booked that way instead), and are ignoring my request to process my refund for my cancelled flights. The airline won’t let you do anything direct if you book through an agent and this agent will not respond. I appreciate things are busy but support is needed right now and I’ve been requesting this for 2 days.

Worst customer service ever! I suggest you book something at a little higher price, it worth it...The day before leaving im being told that no C/O baggage is allowed..Ill never use them again...When you call customer service they are combative, unhelpful and divert

This travel agent to be avoided at all costs Airlines cancelled a sector six months before fly date but agent did not reroute or inform me I only found out 3 days before my travel and it was the goodness of the airline which helped me out as Travel Junction washed their hands off the whole affair inspite of panicked emails and calls. Moreover they issued me an E Ticket return to Heathrow when the actual flight was arriving in Gatwick This was all manually done as even the date of flight was for 2025 rather than 2026! Customer services accepted their error and talked about retraining staff etc etc and agreed to reimburse my taxi fare which I am still waiting six weeks later. The matter with their refund office The fact they have a refund office means they need to refund a lot of their errors! Very polite staff but USELESS and ineffective

Totally shoddy and unacceptable customer service. Bought flights in December and were subsequently informed of a change which we did not agree to. Had we accepted the change we likely would miss our connection as there is not enough time to transit between flights. Travel Junction have been either non-responsive, or sent cut & paste autoreply messages which do not resolve our issue in the slightest. The flight company referred us back to Travel Junction for a refund or voucher. We are still waiting for a resolution. Avoid at all costs and don't be tempted by the seemingly attractive upfront ticket price. A total sham!
