The package i got from the firm "KBS TRAVELS" was literally unpredictable and all the credits goes to "Shruti mam" who dedicatedly cordinated and organised each & every moment with a fine tuned follow up from helpdesk, extending to the comfort of package who drived our chariot & made the travel highly comfortable. Hotel The Kareem was Fina in view of ambients but their service made it incomparable to a high start hotel, Dogstar Houseboat stay on Dal lake was the crown of total show in addition the complementary add on of shikara ride was heavenly.
