A truly wonderful experience for our fist Avalon River Cruise on the Danube. Our travel agent, Debbie Hammond, covered every little detail to suit our needs, including my husband's disability.
Cruising on the Danube could not have been bettered, from the "Welcome Aboard', to our delicious meals, our well organised trips out and the extremely helpful staff, right from the Captain to the cleaning staff. First Class all the way!! We're looking to book another cruise next year with Debbie Hammond.

Debbie was extremely pleasant, efficient and an excellent communicator. We felt confident that the arrangements would have worked well. Unfortunately we had to cancel the holiday for health reasons but even then Debbie helped us with our claim. She even made an unsolicited call to enquire as to my health. Would definitely use again.
