Balaji Nepal Trip

I booked a 4-night, 5-day package with Balaji Nepal Trip, and my experience was excellent from start to finish. The sightseeing arrangements were handled very well, allowing us to enjoy Kathmandu, Pokhara, Lumbini, and Mount Everest without any stress. I highly recommend them for a hassle-free and budget-friendly Nepal package.

We were in the final stage of package confirmation when, at the very last moment, we were informed that the vehicle was unavailable. Now, we are being told that an alternative vehicle can be arranged only at an additional cost. This kind of last-minute change is highly unprofessional and disappointing. As a customer, I expected transparency and commitment to the agreed terms, but unfortunately, that has not been the case. Based on my experience, the positive Google reviews do not reflect the actual quality of service provided. I am extremely disappointed with the way this matter has been handled and would not recommend traveling with this operator if reliability and professional service are important considerations.

We from karnataka India travelled with Balaji Nepal trip. Com. From18-10-24 to29-10-24.fom lucknow to Ayodhya Gajendramoksha valmiki ashrama pokra. Muktinath. Katmandu janakpur. Devaghat.Seethamarhi. kashi chitrakoota prayag.lucknow. Trip was very exelent manajement.drivers helpers Hotels were very much satisfied. Organiser cum leader mr. Vijaya narayan was very active he was with us24/7 good goverance Dedication was Appriciable he was down to earth...... So proud of his behaviour Thanks a lot one and all
