Abhyanga:
Ayurvedic herb oil massage one of the panchakarma treatments that improves blood circulation, muscle recovery and flexibility.
Navarakhizi:
Perspiration-triggering body scrub with use of medicated herbal rice. Extremly effective against rheumatism, joint and muscle pain, back pain, knee pain, nervous weaknesses. It may also get rid off certain skin problems.
Patra Pottali Sweda:
In this procedure the leaves packet is used after heating in the medicated oil then rubbed vigorously over the entrie body focusing on the muscles and joints.
Raktamokshan
Ayurvedic leech therapy by Hirudo medicinalis. It is one of the panchakarma treatments as well mainly for circulation and cardiovascular diseases. Indications are still any aches or pain/knees, lower back, shoulders/ preventing injuries, diabetes wounds, swollen legs, varicose veins, skin disorders, hairloss, beauty face lift mask that bite doesn't have to be on your face.
The leech therapy / Hirudo therapy/ like all medical treatments got some of the side effects. These side effects are usually harmless and occur only for a short period of time.
Frequently:
mild pain during treatment / or tense /
blood leakage from the bites place / for 6-8 hours/
mild itchiness about for a week till the scab comes off
Indications:
Muscle or joints tension / mainly for sport accident/
Local pain relief / mostly knee or low back pain/
