Booked my first massage today , not normally something I'd do but glad I did.
I called up and got a appointment within the hour, recieved a text to confirm the time slot, got there and recieved a lovely massage to ease my back and neck.

After a fortnight of moving furniture for a house move, I asked for the deepest deep tissue massage possible. An hour for 60 and every lump in my shoulders have been attacked to perfection.
Amazing pressure, had her walking on my back and using her heels to break to knots. Knees, elbows wrists and fists. Exactly what I needed. Tomorrow I'm sure I will feel them all start to ease. Felt better walking out. So good I had headrush. Definitely coming back for the same again as I've been sore for weeks and this really helped.
