Communication by text and timing around collection and delivery could be improved. I paid extra for home collection and drop-off, but no time slot was given, leading to a long wait for collection, and the return was over an hour late with no updates. The repair itself was well done - my iPhone camera was replaced and is now working perfectly. Costs were reasonable and the convenience of the service was good. Overall, a successful repair with the 6 month warranty period being a bonus, but communication and timing need improvement.

My mum's phone had some sort of virus from an app she downloaded by mistake, it kept rebooting itself every few minutes. These guys were excellent- quick communication via whatsapp and phone, very professional and good at fixing the problem within an hour or so. Nice air conditioned waiting area.
