Don't trust them with a booking. I had booked a cab for 7.55am with a child seat. When I clicked the tracking link at just after 7.50 it said the car was cancelled. I rang the operator who said the driver had arrived, called me and then cancelled the job as I did not answer. I did NOT receive a call and the job was cancelled before the time the cab was even due. The operator was so rude and refused to take responsibility, gaslighted me that I had been called and said I should have been waiting outside early with my toddler (as I was actually, at the time it was booked for). I was left with no cab and a 2 year old, as the driver clearly dumped us (EARLY!) for a more lucrative job at a busy time and tried to make it look like my fault. You can't get another cab with a child seat at short notice. They don't care, they will dump you like rubbish at the roadside. I had to get on buses and walk and was incredibly late and exhausted, but customers like me are nothing to them.

I called 2 hours before I needed a car. The first woman I spoke to knew how to take name & address but when asked if the car will allow cats in carriers, she could not understand after trying to explain 3 different ways. She finally gave the phone to another woman who assured me they would send a car that could take pets. She handed the phone to the first woman who said the driver would text me on the way. She hung up without taking my mobile number (I called on a private line) Car apptmt time camd, No text. Driver calls from outside - he's out front. I walk out with cat carriers and he says he doesn't take pets. It's now 10 mins past the apptmt and I call back to the office and they said another 7 mins to just find a driver let alone get to the vet's office! I don't recommend at all. Sorry but if you operate a biz in London, and are serving the general population, you should be able to clearly communicate and provide the service promised in a timely manner.

Be careful these people if you give them to come at at a certain time sharp they come 10 minutes before. Even if you insist when you book on phone on arriving at 9.00am they will arrive at 8.50am. I was speaking to the lady to book taxi for 9.00am sharp, and I heard her saying that I am booked for 8.50am. It happened on 2 occasions. When they arrive early and you are not there, taxi will just leave.

The drivers from this company are always very speedy in arrival, very polite and safe drivers. I use this company on a regular basis. They come highly recommended by me

I had to use this cab service 4 times yesterday to take and pick up my elderly dad for some hospital appointments. The drivers on every occasion were so prompt and helpful. They went above and beyond in helping my dad. Thank you!
