M4 Swindon Taxis

We wanted a 5 seater mini bus for a drop off and pick to a wedding event near Banbury. From my initial enquiry, through to booking and fulfilment they were friendly, professional and reliable. This was the first time I’ve used M4 Swindon Taxis, and would certainly use them again.

Punctual for pick up from home and return journey from airport. Friendly and polite drivers. Easy and straightforward to book. Good communication via messages between driver and customer facilitating a trouble free pick up.

We have just arrived back from are hols a couple of days ago, we would like to say a big thank you specially to are driver zameer who greeted us with a warm ,& friendly smile ,zameer was extremely courteous thoughtout both journeys & made us both feel so relax & comfortable,nothing was to much trouble for zameer who even carried are suitcases from the terminal to the car , we will definitely be using M4 Swindon taxis again , once again thank you,😊

Fantastic service. Many thanks to Khalid and his colleagues for sorting taxis for 13 people at short notice to Cardiff following bother with the trains. Made the rugby in time!

After Veezu have hiked their prices, I decided to try a local service and called M4 Swindon taxis. They were able to pick me up straight away from the station which was great. I had thought I'd make the right decision because the meter clearly showed the price but then when we arrived and I had to pay, it had suddenly had between £2 and £2.50 added. I inquired as to why and was told it was a booking fee. So in the end I paid more than Veezu, over £17 in fact to Oakhurst. I really felt the booking fee should have been explained to me when I booked the taxi so I decided to call and instead of reaching an office, the call went straight to the driver. I tried to explain about the booking fee but it ended up being a very strange phone call and I was told the booking fee is on the website. It isn't! And I didn't book on the website. The conversation became increasingly more strange (with lots of excuses being made) and so in the end I just said I'm going now. Lesson learned. Don't try to do the right thing and book a local company
