Absolutely brilliant service ⭐ Always on time if not early! Wonderful gentleman that took me and my daughter to school, he even bought me back home as I’m recovering from surgery and can’t walk much! Really helpful, 100% would recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We booked a mini bus on 12/07 to go to Birmingham Airport. Lovely lady taxi driver, really helpful. Comfortable drive to the airport, start of our holiday. Would definitely recommend, vehicle - BLACK VW PASSAT SG17BFL, I can not remember the drivers name.

I booked a Taxi to the airport and pick up return - the driver was on time, helped with the luggage & car seat - was very friendly and made conversation on the journey which always makes a difference. I would highly recommend Kirby, I have used them many times for short journeys but this was a first for the airport & would happily book again. Thank you 😊

Great service and communication. Taxi was on time for collection from my home and collection from the airport. Only problem I had was that I was quoted £65 each way for 4 passengers and 4 suitcases, however the driver dropping us off at the airport demanded £70 because "there are 4 suitcases". Second driver was sound, great conversation & banter on the way back from the airport and stuck to the £65 quoted price. Make sure you ask the driver how much money needs to be paid upon collection, as some drivers like to change the price.
