We always use Kirby Cabs. They are excellent today. We had Jav Take us to the Leicester General Hospital and bring us home. He is such a delightful man so kind and caring. He’s an exceptionally good driver. We have had him before.

We booked a mini bus on 12/07 to go to Birmingham Airport. Lovely lady taxi driver, really helpful. Comfortable drive to the airport, start of our holiday. Would definitely recommend, vehicle - BLACK VW PASSAT SG17BFL, I can not remember the drivers name.

Great service and communication. Taxi was on time for collection from my home and collection from the airport. Only problem I had was that I was quoted £65 each way for 4 passengers and 4 suitcases, however the driver dropping us off at the airport demanded £70 because "there are 4 suitcases". Second driver was sound, great conversation & banter on the way back from the airport and stuck to the £65 quoted price. Make sure you ask the driver how much money needs to be paid upon collection, as some drivers like to change the price.

Highly recommend this firm for ladies travelling alone. I had a wonderful gentleman driver who went above and beyond by way of a courteous honest non intrusive calm demeanour. He drove impeccably no road rage or speeding. He took me and Blossom ferret to the veterinary in Loughborough. He never once crossed a boundary with his speech I felt completely safe. Thank you Kirby Cars he is an invaluable part of your team.
