Gatwick Taxi Transfer

I booked and pre paid a taxi the night before as it was an early pick up. The driver was there before the pick up time and was so friendly- he was a real pleasure to chat through. The car was impeccable, so clean and comfortable. Made the early morning more pleasant! Thank you very much - would definitely use again!

Our flight landed too late for the trains. Quick to book, waited only a few minutes for our driver. Clean comfortable car, safely and efficiently driven to our home. Pricey but either that or a night in a hotel which would have cost the same ( plus more for the train in the morning )

Extremely Poor and Unacceptable Service I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by this taxi driver. The entire experience was unprofessional and unacceptable from start to finish. When I asked at the airport about the fare, I was clearly told that the price would be £220. However, I was ultimately charged £225, without any clear explanation for the additional £5. The driver also asked me to make the payment to his personal account rather than to a company account. As I was travelling for business purposes, I specifically asked whether I would receive a proper written/company receipt. He was unable to provide one, and the QR code provided for payment did not work. This is completely unacceptable for a professional taxi service, particularly when a passenger requires a valid company receipt for business expenses. The worst part was the way the driver handled my backpack when we arrived at the airport. He literally took my backpack out of the boot, put it on the floor, closed the doors and immediately drove/walked away because he was clearly in a hurry to leave the airport. He did not properly hand my backpack to me or even make sure I had it. I had to ask, “Where is my backpack?”, and his response was essentially that he had just put it on the floor. This is an incredibly careless and disrespectful way to treat a customer and their personal belongings. The driver seemed more concerned with getting away from the airport quickly than providing even the most basic level of customer service. Overall, this was a completely unacceptable experience involving an unhonoured quoted fare, payment being requested to a personal account, failure to provide a proper company receipt, a non-working QR code, and extremely poor handling of my personal belongings. I would absolutely not recommend this driver or this service. I expect the company to investigate this incident seriously and provide an explanation for the additional charge, the personal-account payment request, the lack of a proper receipt, and the driver’s unacceptable behaviour at the airport.

Booked the night before for 7am, not picked up until 7.20 after a call to customer service to check they were even sending a vehicle. Was told because our hotel was close to the airport they usually take a while to assign a car. Not really good enough with the prices charged and advertisement of a 24hr booking service. Our driver Mohammed was fantastic and did his best to drop us as close as possible and helped with our bags. The car was very comfortable and tidy.

A very lovely, friendly, enthusiastic driver. Good interaction on the way, great safe driving. We had a very comfortable ride and are satisfied with this service. Thank you 🙏
