Absolutely fantastic service. Friendly driver and extremely reliable. 100% will use every time. I work night shift and sometimes finish a few hours early. This company was the only one who actually answered and got me home. Could not fault them

Me and three friends got into a taxi, each travelling to separate locations. The driver immediately insisted that we pay £30 upfront but refused to give a reason when asked, simply stating that because we were already in the taxi, we had to pay. I have never tried to avoid paying for a taxi and found this completely unnecessary. Throughout the journey, the driver drove extremely slowly and seemed to deliberately stall at each drop-off point. He would not move on until each passenger had thoroughly checked they had all their belongings. When it came to my stop, I clearly stated my house number on three separate occasions and even gave directions, but he ignored them and attempted to take me to the wrong address. The whole experience felt like an attempt to make the journey take longer and justify the £30 charge, especially as this trip has never cost that much before. Very unhappy with the service and won’t be using this company again.

Pre-booking online doesn't work. Booked a taxi online at 8.38 this morning for 1630 to make sure I got to the station on time, booking was confirmed 2 minutes later by Palwasha Riaz. All good I thought. 1630 rolls round, no taxi. I call what I thought was the office at 1636 to be told he would need to check with the base, as it sounds like a day shift issue, he then hangs up on me. I got a call back a few minutes, form what sounded like a driver to say there had been a mix up and the driver was 8-9 minutes away. Driver eventually turns up 20 mins late. Not good when you have pre-booked for a specific time. Would be reluctant to use again.

Great service. Drivers are very friendly and take you where you want to go. Not had a bad experience yet :)

Worst ever experience. Driver was too rude and it was so expensive. Believe me, i went to a foreign trip in georgia which was way cheaper than my taxt trip from dunfermline to airport. Are these taxis running on white petrol or what. Pathetic company Deserved to be escalated to consumer forum
