I've been a happy customer here for coming up 10 years now. Rob is such a professional, always very welcoming, friendly, and really takes pride in his work. Always makes me look amazing, always talks me through the piercing procedure & aftercare making sure that I understand it all and that I'm happy with everything. Arrived at 11:25 for 11:30 appointment. Was not greeted, waited downstairs for ten minutes listening to 2 people having loud private conversations on their phones before searching upstairs. Now late for booked appointment with specified piercing booked, Rob could not remember what was booked and for my taste was a little patronising. He requested that a consent form was filled in, which he didn't check, he then left them with a pile of 20 others he hadn't filed in the waiting room unattended with private details for other waiting people to read. Rob washed his hands to put his gloves on to start piercing, then with his gloves on answered his phone while wearing the gloves (your phone is statistically dirtier than a toilet seat) then carried on with the piercing. After the piercings were carried out Rob thumped the chair down to stop the bleeding without warning which was not good for a person with a bad back. Then the hidden costs were quoted that weren't mentioned in the correspondence before booking, with Rob saying oh I need to update my price list and literature. All factual statements. Best part was the art on the wall and leaving never to return.

Absolutely great experience. I had 2 more ear piercings and am very pleased with the results. I have been to Studio 9 before and been very pleased. Rob is friendly, polite and very professional. I highly recommend Studio 9 and will definitely be going back there in the future!

Visited this morning to have my nose re-pierced. Had it done at another studio a while ago and it never healed properly, but Rob was amazing! He explained everything to me really well, and was professional. Had a great chat as well, if I could put higher than 5 I would! Thanks again Rob, I’ll be back in December for my stud change 😁

i previously had my nose and daith pierced by rob and recently had my belly done. he always takes a lot of time and care especially when it comes to placement. i didn't realise how much of an awkward belly button i had but rob took his time to make it work and put in the right jewellry. he always looks after me afterwards as i always go really dizzy after piercings and he never rushes me. studio nine is always clean and presentable and very welcoming. i always leave with a smile on my face, i don't go anywhere else for my piercings and looking forward to more in the future! 😄
