Remarkable service throughout! This is my second time using BP Dunn LTD, and the service is always outstanding. Excellent customer support throughout and Ben is amazing even after the survey, he is always available to answer any questions. I will highly recommend, you won't be dissatisfied and this is my second level 3 survey for two different properties. I am a very satisfied customer. :)

Great service from start to finish. The pricing was really fair compared to other quotes which were more expensive The level of detail in the report was so informative and detailed. The turnaround was quick, they were so helpful when we needed to discuss the findings. Fantastic company communication was prompt and I felt genuinely supported throughout. Friendly, approachable, and easy to talk to ….would definitely recommend.

Excellent Service from start to finish. Had a level 2 home buyers survey which was quoted quickly, booked in with ease and carried out with the report following very quickly. The report was detailed but easy to interpret and was clear that a thorough inspection had been carried out. Would definately use this service again.

Very happy with the Level 3 survey. Very detailed and nicely set out. Very easy for a layman to read and understand. Would have been extra better if we had an estimate price for the works that needed to be carried out. Very very Impressed with time it took and priced well.
