Great service from start to finish. The pricing was really fair compared to other quotes which were more expensive The level of detail in the report was so informative and detailed. The turnaround was quick, they were so helpful when we needed to discuss the findings. Fantastic company communication was prompt and I felt genuinely supported throughout. Highly recommend. Had a level 3 survey. Got my survey booked in within a few days and had my results back in 6 days. Staff helping to book in were really helpful and quick to respond and had a call with Ben after the survey who was really helpful in going over any questions I had. Really good experience and a fair price for the level of survey and service received.
