Poppypac
We started working with Poppypac over a year ago. Things actually began well – the relationship was solid, and they seemed like a good local fit for us. But then our own situation got complicated: we had to change our package design, restructure, and rebrand. It was a lot of upheaval on our end, and I won't pretend that it didn't make us easy to deal with.
We were going through Paul Percival as our sales contact. Honestly? What a letdown. We've been trying to put together a simple quote for a supplement package. Three months. He's ignored calls and messages, and when he finally bothered to reply to an email, it was to say the director would sign off on the quotation. That was ten days ago—still nothing.
It's the disregard that gets me. No sense of urgency, no basic courtesy. I even emailed to ask – straight out – if they weren't interested in our business anymore just to let us know we would find an alternative not even a reply to that.
A local company that started off so promising, and now we can't even get the dignity of a response email or call.
I personally feel they’re not interested in start-ups,All big companies were one start-ups.
