UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE....NO SERVICE RECOVERY..... NEED TRAINING..... I recently visited Thayo Spa for the first time, hoping to receive a deep tissue massage, but my experience was extremely disappointing. Having frequented various spas, I was shocked by the unprofessional and poor service at Thayo Spa. The DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE that the first masseuse gave had no pressure at all during the massage. When I inquired about her experience, she said she had been there for 1.5 months, but the receptionist later claimed it was around 2 years, which felt deceptive. Even after requesting a different masseuse, the service did not improve. Frustrated, I decided to skip the steam session that I had paid for. When I asked for a partial refund, they bluntly refused, stating that it was already in the system. The entire experience was far from relaxing; instead, I felt deceived and cheated. The receptionist’s attitude was shocking—he compared their prices to other spas, suggesting that higher prices equate to better-trained staff, and advised me to instruct the masseuse on corrections, which is unheard of.... It's really disappointing knowing you have to tell them how to massage.... JUST THINK ABOUT THIS SCENARIO Overall, this was the worst spa experience I have ever had, with no attempt at service recovery. I would not recommend Thayo Spa to anyone seeking a professional and relaxing massage.

THIS PLACE ISN’T WORTH A SINCLE STAR!! 1.First of all this is not a legitimate spa place, it’s a shady place where none of the massage therapists are certified, went there on a Sunday and before going there I called in and spoke everything sounded great. Booked for 3 people my husband , Brother and myself for a deep tissue massage which was 2500/- per person, when we entered the place was a well lit and looked really good But as soon as we were allotted the room and the massage therapist entered I was alarmed, she was wearing an extremely unprofessional outfit and not a uniform that usually good spas have, she was wearing a skin fit nude dress that was extremely unprofessional and provoking, I decided to stop right there and didn’t go ahead with the service also bragged I to my husbands spa room and saw a woman wearing an off shoulder extremely short dress while he was laying his belly unaware of what the therapist was wearing, we immediately stopped our services and asked them for a refund and they didn’t hesitate a bit and gave me back the money instantly when i questioned the man at the counter why are the girls dressed so inappropriately . The excuse given was ‘It’s a Sunday maam they can wear what they want’ . but to be honest the clothes they were wearing looked like I’m in a strip club. There was a girl at the counter wearing a body tight maxi dress with a high slit, and while i waited there for my brother to finish his service (as he was unaware what was happening outside) I saw the same girl leaving in a Abaya (burka) if you dress casually at work on a Sunday, why would you leave with yourself covered top to bottom, also if you come to work completely covered why would you wear such provoking outfit. There was a lady at the reception (support staff) who was the only one who was dressed appropriately. The therapist kept asking my brother stupid questions, a reputed spa therapist would not ask personal questions but focus purely on the massage This is not a place for decent people who wish to go with family, they’re running a whole different business in the name of Spa

Clean atmosphere and staff was nice, kind of a weird experience though. I’d try finding some other place.

The massues Khusboo was fantastic. Such a beautiful and jolly girl.

Not only they provide poor service, these people delete real reviews too. Adding my review again
