Poor Aftercare and Communication – Ongoing Battery Issue.
We have had our solar system installed by Evergreen Power UK Ltd for just over a year, so we feel we are now able to give a fair assessment of both the installation and the aftercare service.
Unfortunately, our experience with support has been extremely disappointing. An engineer visited our property in January 2026 and confirmed that the solar battery is faulty and needs replacing. Since then, we have spent months trying to get the issue resolved.
We have sent multiple emails across January, February and March asking for updates. At one point we were told the company was waiting for a delivery of the replacement battery and that we would be contacted to arrange the installation.
However, several appointments have been arranged where no technician arrived, and in some cases we received no communication or explanation on the day. On a few occasions, we were informed at short notice that the electrician could not attend.
Despite all of this, the faulty battery has still not been replaced and no clear installation date has been given. We have repeatedly taken time out of our schedules waiting for technicians who never arrived.
After having the system for over a year, it is clear that while installation may be straightforward, the after-sales support and communication need serious improvement.
We hope the company will now resolve this issue as soon as possible.
