Took my deposit. Then pressured me to pay another 50%, delivered the equipment and then ignored me. I cancelled my contract for breach of contract and requested a full refund. They emailed to say refund had been sent and they picked up their equipment the same day. 3 weeks later and still no refund and they are ignoring me again. I’ve recovered my money through chargeback. Luckily I paid with a credit card, even though they wanted me to pay via bank transfer. Reported and being investigated by trading standards.

I placed an order with Megan at Emyra Solar on 23rd February for a Hanchu 3.2 kWh battery priced at £800 delivered being assured it would arrive within 5 days. That deadline came and went with zero communication. I emailed them daily—no reply. I called their main number—not in service. I tried their customer service portal—not available. At this point it felt like the company had vanished. Thankfully, I paid through Clearpay, so I contacted them and provided all the evidence of my experience and Clearpay opened a dispute. Strangely, the very next day Emyra finally contacted me, claiming there was a delay on the battery and promising delivery on 11th March—but only if I closed the dispute. That alone raised red flags. I told them I wouldn’t close anything until the battery was actually delivered. They responded saying this was “too risky” for them and refused to send the item. Instead of resolving the issue, they waited 13 days before updating Clearpay, marking the dispute as “invalid due to manufacturer delays”. Fortunately, Clearpay stepped in, saw what was happening, and cancelled the order with a full refund. After this experience, I strongly question the legitimacy of their online reputation. Their website footer displays a 5‑star Trustpilot badge, yet their real Trustpilot rating is 3.7, and on YellowPages they sit at 1 star. It’s hard not to suspect that many of the glowing Google reviews are fake. Overall, this has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve ever had. Unresponsive, unprofessional, and evasive. I would not recommend Emyra Solar to anyone.

A total shit show from the start. Panels delivered no notice. Then install dates kept moving. Panels on the roof no battery delivered. Solar still not commissioned and no Certs total waste of money!!! Do not use !!! Just been informed that the company had filed a winding up order in February. But they still had some money from me in March. Total Fraud will now report to the police.

I left a review after Emyra completely messed me about over an order of 2 house hold batteries, failed to deliver on the order and then ignored me when I chased it up. I left a review, here on google, and they got back to me apologising and saying it was all a mistake and offered me an extra battery as an apology. I agreed to take down my review. Since then they have completely failed to deliver, yet again. They have spun a set of, what seem to be, lies about the delivery. Completely refused to ever give me a tracking number but then claimed with a really unrealistic looking screenshot that they were having problems with DHL. I will be contacting my credit card company as it is exactly the same thing being spun yet again. If they actually deliver the batteries I will take down or amend this review but in the meantime I will be contacing m credit card company (Very happy i paid wiht my credit card) and leaving this review up. As it stands I would avoid this company. They have held my money for 3 months, delivered nothing and have just provided me with unfulfilled promises.

Put in an order and promised me delivery within a week. That time came and last then promised me delivery the next week. Again delivery wasn't fulfilled. You struggle to get anyone to answer the phones. When you final get in touch with Megan you get a very rude response explaining how she is a sales manager and has been in meetings. Just unacceptable customer service. Hopefully I will get my refund
