During this summer I have used SWRC for a couple of small skips. They have been fantastic to deal with. They’ve be very polite and friendly, helpful and professional. I’d happily recommend and use them again.

Rang Staffordshire waste this morning at 9:30am. I ordered 4 ton of mot type 1 for laying on my drive, which I was told would arrive late afternoon. To my surprise the tipper arrived at 11am with a friendly chap named Ryan, top bloke! Couldn’t have asked for anything more. He tipped the hardcore, even smoothed it out for me with the grabber, which has probably just saved me an hour in the rain in October with a shovel, furthermore ryan then went on to recommend 2 tradesman for quote me block paving, and drop curb. Outstanding service! Very responsive! Fairly priced! And stress free! 10/10 for me! I’ll 100% be using again. Thank you.

UPDATE ABOUT THIS SCAM It’s been more than a month since they confirmed that they would do a refund, I have sent a letter to the CEO, and I still haven’t had my money back. They keep using ridiculous excuses or simply ignoring my request. They are a a plain scam, they took my money, offered no service and kept the money. In other words, they have stolen me… AVOID AT ALL COST!!. One star because I can't give them zero or negative stars. I had to change the date of the skip and it was a real nightmare to contact them. Eventually they only got in contact when I left a negative review. The service was changed, or so I thought... The skip should have arrived this morning but it didn't, and after several emails, phone calls and voicemails, nothing, not a single attempt to contact back, and of course no skip. I have requested a full refund, if I don't get any feedback I will contact the ombudsman, and maybe this way they will decide to do something. Cowboys...

Listen, if you want the best price, the best value, give these guys a call. Everything from speaking on the phone, arranging prompt delivery (within 24 hours), everything was taken care of. I would also like to mention the delivery driver, he called first thing in the morning telling me what time he would be at my property. He arrived bang on time, delivered the skip allowing me to schedule with the digger driver to get my waste on as quick as possible, to minimise disruption to our family. Overall I cant fault the service delivered. Thanks team, you will be my first port of call in the future. Chris

First class service, I ordered a skip & it arrived the same day. The staff on the phone were amazing & the driver's were both professional & polite, who I also have a laugh with. Once the skip was filled, I rang the office to ask for the skip to be collected & again they were lovely to speak with. The skip was collected the next day (this morning) All in all, a fantastic service from start to finish. 100% the best company I've used in the last 30 years of having skips. I will be using "Staffordshire waste" from now one. Well done to all of the team for a no hassle service.
