The London Singing Institute

Learning to sing professionally has always been a lifelong dream of mine. As a woman in my 30s, I felt a bit nervous about joining LSI at first, but it has now become the highlight of my week. I have really enjoyed my singing lessons with Áine. It has been a true joy to explore different types of songs and styles together. She has always been supportive and passionate, and has really helped me improve. Whenever I’ve needed to reschedule a lesson, she has always been kind and done her best to arrange a make-up session. Thanks to Áine, I’ve become more and more confident and comfortable with singing. It has been one of the best decisions I’ve made since coming to London!

I have been taking singing lessons at the London Singing Institute since November 2025, and I highly recommend both the school and my teacher, Áine. I really enjoy my lessons with her. She is an empathetic, supportive, positive, and patient teacher, and I feel very lucky to have learned from her. One thing I especially appreciate is that she explains singing techniques in a very clear and easy-to-understand way. I had learned singing before, but I often found it difficult to fully understand how to improve. Áine has helped me a lot by patiently guiding me through vocal placement and breathing step by step, which has made me feel much more confident and comfortable. She is also very quick to notice problems in my singing and helps me correct them in a way that is easy to follow. For example, when I become tense while singing and it affects my breathing, she often notices it before I do and helps me adjust straight away. She is a very dedicated teacher. She clearly puts a lot of thought into how to help her students improve, and when I asked her to recommend songs for me, she carefully chose pieces that suited my voice and practice needs. What also means a lot to me is her kind and inclusive attitude. As a non-native English speaker, I sometimes worry about pronunciation, but she has always been very encouraging and patient. She helps me work through the lyrics without ever making me feel limited by my English, and that has made a big difference to my learning experience. She is also very responsible and organised when it comes to scheduling, and it is clear that she truly cares about every student. Overall, Áine is a wonderful teacher with a beautiful voice, and I am very grateful to Stefan for arranging such a great match. If anyone around me wanted to learn singing, I would definitely recommend the London Singing Institute.

I have been really enjoying my lessons with Antonia from the London Singing Institute! It’s going great! I have been singing 5 ABRSM songs in preparation to take my grade 7 exam! She is a wonderful teacher who gives great feedback but also the positives - week to week I am definitely improving and getting my confidence back! Would recommend her to anyone looking for a singing teacher!

The London Singing Institute is an amazing place for people of all levels. My coach is Emmi, and the lessons with her are going great. I learn something new every time and build confidence with every lesson. She's great at explaining musical concepts and at making it easy to understand what I should be feeling while singing correctly. She's very understanding and accommodating when it comes to scheduling the lessons, and the repertoire choice is great! And not to mention her great sense of humour and kindness! I'm always looking forward to our sessions.

Really great singing company! I have had lessons for a few months which I have thoroughly enjoyed. Antonia is a great teacher with excellent technique - I have seen a big improvement in my singing voice and I can now sing with much more ease. Highly recommend!
