Arthur Knight Shoes

Brought some Barbour Monty slippers from Arthur Knight, they were extremely comfortable but I ordered the wrong size (I am either a 9 or 10 depending on the shoe, or in this case slipper!) I asked AK if I could possibly change them and this was sorted within a couple of days with no fuss! Great customer service and ill be going back when wedding season is upon us!

I am traveling to London in three weeks and was planning to purchase two new pairs of Panama Jack boots to replace the two pairs that I've had for almost 20 years. (Unfortunately, they are currently not available for sale in the United States any more.) However, no shops in London carried my size or could ship them to me. Thankfully, I came across the Arthur Knight Shoes website. I found both pairs in my size and at a slightly lower price than any shop in London. On Monday afternoon, I called Arthur Knight directly and spoke to Taro. He was very friendly and helpful. He suggested that I purchase the boots from the website. He then said that he would look for the order and do his best to to get them to my home in the United States before my trip to London. Within 12 hours of placing the order, I received a confirmation of my order and that the boots had already been shipped! Amazingly, the boots just arrived at my home this evening - four days from the time that I purchased them! The Panama Jack boots were just as good as I expected. However, the best part of this transaction was the quality of service and attention to detail that I received from Taro and Arthur Knight shoes. I'm usually reluctant to purchase items overseas. However, I would gladly purchase from Arthur Knight again knowing that they are a business that seems to be built on honesty, quality and efficiency. Thank you Arthur Knight. Great Job!!

I Ordered the shoes on Sunday and they were delivered on Tuesday morning. The shoes were exactly as advertised and were a competitive price . Fantastic company, the customer service is brilliant. Would highly recommend. I bought some Tommy Hilfiger boots which were too big, they exchanged and shipped the smaller size. The postage was so fast that I received them sooner than I thought I would. I sadly had to return the smaller size as they were too small and have already been refunded within a matter of days. Can’t speak highly enough of them and will be shopping with them again. The customer service team on the telephone were really friendly and helpful.

I bought two pairs of dress shoes and have been absolutely delighted with the service I received. I initially ordered a pair which ended up being slightly too big, so I returned it for a half size down and it is perfect. All emails have always been answered promptly and politely. Their delivery via DPD is absolutely phenomenal; The fastest I've ever experienced. Highly recommended.
