Can't recommend highly enough - everything from the communications to the install was wonderful with The Shutter Studio team. Their products are amazing quality and look great. I also had quotes for made to measure curtains that were asking more than the shutters cost! The team came over to detail the options with me - and were hilarious. From there they were super clear around the timeline and managed expectations, delivery and install was exactly when they said it would be. The installation was done beautifully to such a high standard. Every person that came into my house was polite, friendly, took their shoes off immediately, took away the rubbish from the install. Absolutely terrible service from this company. I purchased Venetian blinds which were installed in my apartment and have since failed just outside their 12-month warranty period. In my experience, a quality product of this type should last many years, not barely over a year. I spoke with Omar, who refused to offer any solution other than re-ordering and paying again for replacement blinds. There was no acknowledgement that the product failed outside of a reasonable life expectancy, nor any attempt at goodwill or compromise. The company appears completely rigid when it comes to customer service. The products are substandard and, in my opinion, are likely to continue failing once outside the warranty period. I am extremely disappointed with how this issue was handled and the way I was treated. As an Estate Agent who regularly deals with tradespeople and suppliers, I can honestly say this company has fallen well short of acceptable standards.

From start to finish a highly professional prolonged service. Plantation Shutters do take time to arrive though communication is proactive and diligent throughout as with the fitting process which was completed to a very high standard once they arrived in country! Would highly recommend The Shutter Studio!
