I recently had my old standalone smoke alarms replaced with new integrated ones, and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. The communication when arranging the appointment was clear and straightforward, and the fitters themselves were professional, friendly, and efficient. Would not recommend. Were not clear about costs and then tried to overcharge me. Supposed to get annual maintenance but nobody ever contacted me then they charge me for the period which I ended up having to pay so that I could change to a better company. Do not use
