Outstanding Service – Highly Recommended After having to sack my initial roofer, who left my roof exposed and vulnerable during the recent heavy rain and winds, I contacted this company at short notice. Brian stepped in immediately, assessed the job, provided a clear quote, and within two days a full team of nine arrived to install a complete new roof, remove an old Velux roof window and fit a new one. Although the planned start time was 09:00, Brian arrived at 07:45 on Friday, and the team worked efficiently from that point. They were fully finished by Saturday afternoon, a day and a half of work, around 14 hours in total. The team worked in sync, even working through the rain to ensure the job was completed safely and properly. Brian maintained full oversight throughout, checking the quality of work closely, he worked alongside his team on the roof at every stage. Communication was excellent from start to finish. Brian was clear about labour costs, purchased all necessary additional materials, and recommended and sourced a brand new Velux window and he provided every receipt. His professionalism, transparency, and attention to detail were exceptional. The workmanship is excellent, and I'm very pleased and relieved that my house is now dry and feels safe The site was left as tidy as they could, and the whole experience was stress free after what had been a worrying situation. We recently had emergency storm damage to our roof, and Brian came out straight away to help us. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, honest, and incredibly reassuring. He assessed the damage thoroughly, explained everything clearly, and got straight to work a day after organising the repair. The team did a fantastic job replacing the whole roof at the front of the house, and the quality of their workmanship is excellent. They kept us updated throughout the repair, took photos and videos as they worked, and made sure everything was completely watertight. HAD TO DO NOTHING!!! After speaking with Brian about a new roof, we agreed on a price, and that was my last input in this project. I was informed when the scaffolding and skip would arrive, and they turned up on time. I was informed when the team would arrive, and they turned up on time. No sooner had the team arrived to strip my old roof, the new materials arrived on site. Once the job was completed, the team cleaned up after themselves, packed their equipment away and left.
