Two words for these guys, WORLD CLASS!! In October 2025, my roof had a lot of slates missing and out of place and this had started to cause a small leak through the smoke sensor in the ceiling. Rang Classic Roofing and John came out to assess the issue promptly. He quickly identified the issue and gave a fair quote. The work was done promptly and the communication throughout was excellent. I found there was still a leak yesterday, rang John and he said he'd be with me within the hour but I wasn't available and rescheduled for today 7th March 2026. He came out, got his ladder into the loft, and we found another slate had moved. He fixed the issue promptly without any charges. Really pleasant experience and I highly recommend.

New roof, August ‘25. To the untrained eye, work appears to an excellent standard. Friendly, understanding, professional and responsive with ongoing communication and support even after completion. Very professional. A fantastic experience from quote to finish. Marcus was prompt to reply and came out within the hour to see what the problem was the my roof. He identified the problem within minutes. Also taken pictures and videos to show me the problem. The following day returned at 8.30am in the morning to repair my roof.
