My name is Christina and I am an experienced energy healer and spiritual practitioner based in Brighton, East Sussex.

People come to me when they feel stuck, overwhelmed, anxious, or disconnected from themselves — and also when physical symptoms or ongoing pain persist without clear resolution. Many of my clients sense that something deeper is contributing to what they are experiencing, whether emotionally, energetically or physically.

I work with a range of effective healing modalities including Reiki, Pellowah, Umana, Arbah, Past Life Healing, Crystal Healing, Chakra Balancing, and offer Spiritual Counselling with oracle card guidance. My work focuses on addressing underlying imbalances rather than masking symptoms. Sessions are designed to support the nervous system, release internal blocks, and help the body return to a state where healing and regulation can occur.

What makes my work different is the way I hold space. I do not rush healing, bypass difficult experiences, or rely on positivity alone. I work calmly and directly with what is present — whether that is emotional pain, physical discomfort or long-held patterns. Clients often tell me they feel able to be honest in my sessions, without needing to perform, explain themselves, or “be spiritual”. This allows deeper and more lasting change to take place.

My role is not to diagnose or replace medical care, but to work alongside it — supporting the body and inner systems so that healing is possible at a deeper level. Clients often report improvements in physical ease, reduced pain, emotional clarity and a stronger sense of stability after our work together.
