We bought multiple vinyl from here, including Bowie, The Cure and more. Brilliant selection of vinyl and very accommodating staff who provide excellent service. Would highly recommend for vinyl lovers!!!

I bought an LP from Straikes online and paid by PayPal. I made the usual payment under Goods and Services as you would expect. Out of the blue I get a message from Steve saying he wouldn't accept the payment and he had refunded me. He would only accept a friends and family payment - highly unusual for a business. I offered to pay a small additional amount so he would get the same amount as friends and family, and I would have the piece of mind of buyers insurance, but he wouldn't move on this and just seemed to be purposely awkward. What's made the matter worse is that he didn't even give me an immediate refund so I will have to wait 5 working days for it to clear. Not a very nice experience and one that should have been a straightforward transaction.
