Tony Willet was our engineer and did a great job! He really is the keystone of this company. Good natured, efficient and very forthcoming with any silly questions I might have posed his way. He problem solved easily some of our mounting problems with the old boiler to new one. Although the next day there was some issue with a small gas leak, Tony fixed the problem within 48 hours. Tony was then needed again to fix the front control unit of the boiler which wasn’t aligned quite right so the door was leaving one of its hinges. Sorted we now have an A rated boiler as quiet as a kitten. These boilers take longer than others to heat water so you will use more water overall.

Tony was recommended by a friend who was very happy with his work. The first job he did for us was to maintain an old Potterton boiler for just a little bit longer, until we were ready to make decisions about what we wanted. He did a very good job, and the old Potterton went on for a few more years beyond our expectations. He just finally replaced the old boiler (still working) with a new Valiant Combi, with temperature control in all rooms, which is a pleasure to use. He also did a number of smaller jobs for us during these years - identifying the source of a leak, opening up old radiator valves, while always giving good advice. He’s often available on short notice, and he makes sure we understand what he has done.

We got a new boiler installed and our underfloor heating fixed and are very pleased with the outcome. Everything now works and we are hopefully well set for winter! Tony is very friendly and responsive to emails/calls, and flexible when arranging visits. I will be very pleased to recommend this service to friends/family locally if they need a new boiler or repair.

Contacted Tony on the problem in June , he came over in a couple of days and assessed the old keston boiler which was now 20 years old. Having surveyed the site , he sent through a quote in a couple of days , fully itemized. The idea was to replace the boiler and tank and connect up to the existing Nest thermostat so life could go on as normal. We scheduled the work and was completed in circa 3 days with him and his Son (Oli). Both did their work without any fuss and we had hot water and central heating without any drama. They did a clean job and took the old boiler for scrap. Thank Oli& Tony, see you next year for our regular service.
