Iona Studio is a welcoming Reformer Pilates and nutrition studio on Lewes Road in Brighton, created to offer a more personal and supportive approach to movement and wellbeing.
Our intimate 6-bed Reformer Pilates studio allows us to keep classes small, giving you more individual attention, guidance and support throughout your session. Whether you're completely new to Reformer Pilates or looking to build on your existing practice, our classes are designed to help you move with confidence, build strength and feel good in your body.

As an avid Pilates attendee, it’s not unusual for me to try a new studio. However, this studio exceeded all expectations, Fiona was so interactive with everyone in the session, and I really felt like she helped me improve my positions in a comfortable and easy manner. This is hard to come by, I will definitely be back😀
