ProMOTION Physiotherapy

I was recommended Owen as “the best physio we’ve ever met” by some friends, and this recommendation did not disappoint. I suffered from horrible sciatica for almost a year due to a herniated disc. I could never sleep through the night due to the pain, and no other doctors or physios I saw were able to help me. After seeing Owen for 7 months, I’m pain free and able to exercise regularly. He was always very friendly and seemed personally invested in my recovery, which was very encouraging when my injury had gotten me down. Highly recommend :)

I've attended ProMOTION physiotherapy a few times over the years and have always had great service. Most recently, I was treated by Claire who was fantastic. Very patient, thorough and provided clear instructions for my exercise regime. Exercises are also provided via a very easy to use app which makes them easier to follow and provides reminders which are always helpful!

I have been having a great help from Owen dealing with my pains. He always takes time to listen to my concerns and clearly explains both the treatment plan and the manual therapy. Each session is tailored to my progress and I have noticed good improvement and I am now managing my condition with confidence. The practice itself is exceptionally clean and has calm welcoming atmosphere. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for physiotherapist with great expertise.

I have been to see Owen for two different niggly issues and both times he has identified the issue very quickly and even after the first appointment I have left feeling an improvement. He is very friendly and made me feel at ease, so ongoing appointments were not daunting, and he listened to my thoughts alongside his own assessment to develop and tweak the exercises to do between appointments. I would not hesitate to recommend.

Had a one hour massage from Cathy. She is excellent and got rid of the stiffness in my back and legs. A real professional and I thoroughly recommend her for her knowledge and skills and friendly manner.
