I have been to see Owen for two different niggly issues and both times he has identified the issue very quickly and even after the first appointment I have left feeling an improvement. He is very friendly and made me feel at ease, so ongoing appointments were not daunting, and he listened to my thoughts alongside his own assessment to develop and tweak the exercises to do between appointments. I would not hesitate to recommend.

I have been having a great help from Owen dealing with my pains. He always takes time to listen to my concerns and clearly explains both the treatment plan and the manual therapy. Each session is tailored to my progress and I have noticed good improvement and I am now managing my condition with confidence. The practice itself is exceptionally clean and has calm welcoming atmosphere. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for physiotherapist with great expertise.

I was recommended to this clinic by my anaesthetist, a high recommendation in itself! I was not to be disappointed as I could barely walk as I entered the door for my consultation appointment. Lisa was attentive, empathetic, understanding and kind. The care and treatment which she provided has helped immeasurably meaning that I can now get on with my life as I can walk pain free again! The whole experience from start to finish could not have been better. For these reasons, I would have no hesitation in highly recommending ProMOTION Physiotherapy to others, in fact I already have!

I’ve had two back massages with Jelena to help with knots and tension and they have both been incredible! Jelena is a pro at gently and effectively popping out my knots and leaving me feeling looser and relaxed. I’ve already booked my next appointment!

I can thoroughly recommend Claire. I consulted her over several months for a sore shoulder. Claire helped it get better via hands on treatment and a suite of online excercises. The fact that they are online was good as it let you see how to do the exercises correctly. I would happily consult Claire again, should the need arise.
