I had a wonderful hour long massage with Cathy a few days ago. She is such a nice lady, certainly knows her stuff and makes one feel very confident to let her loose on your body. After identifying where all your " sore bits " are, she works on the problem areas. I will definitely be recommending her to my friends.

I have been getting treatment from Owen for around 5 years now for a serious neck condition which we have managed really well, I go every 4-6 weeks and it has helped immensely. Even when I might have other issues eg, pelvic or shoulder/arm/hand he is always very quick to assess and come up with a treatment/solution that works. As an ex Physiotherapist myself who did Sports and Manual Therapy and Orthopaedic treatments for 24 years in Rehab practices and clinics in Germany I can only say that Owen really knows his stuff. Booked in for a massage with Juliet and it was wonderful. She treated my lower back pain and I could already feel the improvement during the massage. Lovely treatment rooms. Would highly recommend.

I went to see Owen (after he was recommended to me) for heel and knee pain. I had a few sessions weeks apart during which he suggested simple exercises and posture corrections and these have made a HUGE difference (for the better). I would definitely recommend anybody needing the help of a physio to book an appointment at ProMOTION Physiotherapy.

I can thoroughly recommend Claire. I consulted her over several months for a sore shoulder. Claire helped it get better via hands on treatment and a suite of online excercises. The fact that they are online was good as it let you see how to do the exercises correctly. I would happily consult Claire again, should the need arise.
