Honestly one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had! He was out when I arrived, but as soon as I rang him to say I was there, he came straight away and opened the shop for me — amazing service from the start. He collected my phone, fixed it in less than an hour, and personally dropped it back to me, which was so convenient. What really stood out was how genuine and trustworthy he was. He didn’t rush me for payment or act greedy at all. Instead, he said I could pay after the repair, just in case it wasn’t fixed properly — which shows how confident and honest he is about his work. When he returned my phone, he even told me to let him know if anything wasn’t right. That level of care and customer service is rare these days.
