Been using Your Pet's Friends for dog walks for years now and can't fault them in any way! Our dog is always so excited to go and explore with them, and they clearly love seeing him. They're caring, knowledgeable and reliable. Highly recommended.

Been with us for every step of the way! We got our new puppy in March 2025, and before we'd collected him we reached out to YPF. They spoke with us over the phone to discuss our initial needs and get to know us, before coming over to meet the pup once we'd got him. Once pup was old enough to go for walks he's been going weekly with YPF and we couldn't be happier with the service! We have also recommended them to our friend who now uses them too. They have been invaluable for us on our journey as dog parents, offering advice when needed multiple times; regarding training, his behaviour and diet. They have such a personal and caring relationship with the dog, that I'm sure being with them is his favourite part of the week. They engage with him throughout the walk, offering play, sniffing sessions and time to roam in a safe way. Our dog is always returned to us happy and exhausted, and often naps the rest of the day away, with a belly full of delicious treats. I will always recommend YPF to anyone i know with dogs, as the service we'd received since day 1 has always been fantastic. If your looking for a dog walking service that genuinely cares, gets to know your dog, and offers ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ service, YPF are who you need!

I am very disappointed and saddened with your pets friends service for my dog mainly but how as the owner have been treated There was very little communication between the service and myself only within the first 4 weeks with pics and videos then very little communication never met Galina ?just had whattsap messages , everything done by AI? found this very cold and robotic No partnership working, everytime I wanted to discuss my dogs needs or have an opinion ending the service by YPF for my dog was alwats mentioned by Galina?so I felt silenced, not heard at all. Also found out that my dog was being charged more for a solo dog walk than other dogs for the same service yet they talk about fairness? Felt like my dog was a business transaction. They both said they were very fond of my dog and had built a good rapport however gave only 6 days notice to finish the contract with very little notice quite a contradiction there? My dog for 5 months health needs were affected, he had a sensitive stomach, he was always poorly the day after however they made excuses that he couldn't be walked in the countryside. I walk him in the countryside everyday with no issues ? as this was a solo walk for YPF with no other dogs or distractions how did this keep happening or was he with other dogs and i was constantly over charged. I am quite relieved that my dog or myself have no involvement. He can stay well and healthy and I am not being ripped off

We’ve been using Alan and Galina for their dog walking service for a few months now, since moving to Eastbourne and we couldn’t be happier! From day one, they’ve been professional, reliable, and most importantly, kind and attentive to our dog. Our pup gets so excited every time they arrive—it’s clear they genuinely love what they do. They always provide updates from the walks, which gives us peace of mind. Highly recommend to anyone looking for trustworthy and caring dog walkers.

I was astonished to read the review of "Your Pet's Friends" from Kate G because it is so very different from my longstanding experience with Alan and Galina and their care of my dog Rufus. Alan and Galina have walked Rufus since February 2021 and my last review of their services was on 18th September 2024. I still maintain that they are the best dog-walkers I have ever had. Rufus adores them and based on their devoted attention to all his needsI have also employed them as Housesitters for Rufus when I am away. Their communication is excellent and frequent. Their concern for Rufus and his health is wonderful and they have offered me advice when they perceive Rufus has needs which I may not have noticed. Since the death of my husband in November 2024 Rufus has become even more precious to me and I trust Alan and Galina absolutely to look after him with professional care and love both on his walks and during Housesitting. I would recommend them unreservedly Alan and Galina are thoroughly professional and are without doubt the best dog walkers I have ever had. They have a personalised approach to each of their dogs and very quickly assess the dogs needs. This has resulted in my dog Rufus becoming far more confident in his socialisation with other dogs. They have also advised me and I am now more confident in walking Rufus. Rufus adores them and I think the feeling is reciprocated. I cannot recommend Alan and Galina highly enough.
