Been with us for every step of the way! We got our new puppy in March 2025, and before we'd collected him we reached out to YPF. They spoke with us over the phone to discuss our initial needs and get to know us, before coming over to meet the pup once we'd got him. Once pup was old enough to go for walks he's been going weekly with YPF and we couldn't be happier with the service! We have also recommended them to our friend who now uses them too. They have been invaluable for us on our journey as dog parents, offering advice when needed multiple times; regarding training, his behaviour and diet. They have such a personal and caring relationship with the dog, that I'm sure being with them is his favourite part of the week. They engage with him throughout the walk, offering play, sniffing sessions and time to roam in a safe way. Our dog is always returned to us happy and exhausted, and often naps the rest of the day away, with a belly full of delicious treats. I will always recommend YPF to anyone i know with dogs, as the service we'd received since day 1 has always been fantastic. Your Pet's Friends are fantastic! Our dog can be a little difficult but through care and patience she has a great relationship with Alan and he has trained her to be less anxious. Our dog has been having regular walks since 2019 and they are varied with both place and other dogs. She is always so pleased to see Alan, we cannot say his name as she becomes too excited! They are a fabulous team and we were so glad they could dog sit when we went on holiday, we would not trust anyone else.
