We had a great experience with this pest control service. We had a rat issue in our home, and he came out twice to treat it with the appropriate poisons. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He also gave us really helpful advice on what we can do going forward to prevent the problem from coming back, which we really appreciated. Mughees was excellent and sorted our rat issue in a day. He assured us over the phone, came and properly investigated the whole house, explained the possible entry points and gave useful advice. He also placed rat poison in the right areas. The rat noises disappeared within a day. Luckily nothing died inside the house either. Our home insurance pest control couldn’t sort it in a week and their poison wasn’t even touched. Highly recommended Rattic Pest Control. 👍

I rang Rattic Pest Control on a Friday at 9am and Mughis came on site within the hour and solved the issue. He was very detailed in his explaination, offered advice and was very friendly in his approach. For his included follow up visit, he worked around our busy schedule and arrived again same day as contacted. I would 100% recommend his services to everyone - he took our stress away!
