Pestorid Pest Control Ltd

We had an excellent experience with Pest Solutions for flea removal. Lewis was professional, knowledgeable and very flexible, making the whole process straightforward and stress-free. He clearly explained the treatment process and provided detailed, practical advice on how to prepare beforehand and what to do afterwards to get the best results. His communication and attention to detail were excellent, and it was clear he genuinely wanted to help. I would highly recommend Pest Control Solutions and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Thanks, Lewis, for a great service!

Connor and Caitlyn attended every day for over a week to deal with squirrels in my attic. They caught 4. They were so professional and knowledgeable but also very sensitive to my phobia of rodents. Very communicative and punctual also . I could not rate them any higher. I managed to get a roofer to fix the entry point and Connor came back to confirm they had not returned. All in all fantastic service.

Conner attended for the first visit and was clearly very knowledgeable, experienced and personable. On his follow up visit he was accompanied by Pauline, a new recruit who I’m sure will do well under Connor’s tutelage. He left me with a clear understanding of follow up contact but I’m confident that he’s now resolved the issue. Pest control isn’t a service we want to have to use, but should the need arise again, I wouldn’t hesitate to contact Pest Solutions.

Great company. Helpful when phoned with initial enquiry regarding two wasps nests. Lewis was fantastic- great communication, came out the same day, explained everything thoroughly and even spoke with the neighbours. Checked in a week later to make sure everything was ok. Very, very impressed. 100% recommend.

I couldn’t recommend Michael at Pest Solutions enough. He was absolutely fantastic throughout the four visits to treat a rat problem within my home. Michael took the time to explain everything to me clearly and in detail at each visit, which really helped put my mind at ease. He was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. He also provided me with clear advice on the further steps I should take to help prevent the issue from happening again, which I really appreciated. Excellent service from start to finish.
