I began training with Luke about 6 months ago to come out of a struggle with developing and maintaining healthy habits and losing weight. Since I conceived soon after beginning my training with him, we focused less on losing weight and more on building the foundational mindset for a new me - with all the things I want to be and achieve. He is focused on helping people holistically considering the complex picture of their life - like no personal trainer I’ve seen so far. Helping me understand how my mind works based on my personality type and how to build habits based on this has been game changing for me! I am now at a point where the habits I wished to build have slowly started to feel like a part of me. This has helped me maintain a healthy weight during pregnancy and build strength. His materials are an amazing resource to help drive home his points. He’s very dedicated and reliable. Apart from this I have benefited immensely from his tips and attention when training and his focused training plans. His technique of bracing is my fav. I wholeheartedly recommend Luke. I have been on my journey for almost a year, and I have started working with Luke in August In just a couple of months I have definitely noticed a change, and I have improved my skills and performance at the gym, definitely feel more motivated and more confident. A very good thing about working with Luke is that it doesn’t stop at just working out, but there is a lot of care and attention to you as a person and to your journey as a whole, for both nutrition and mental health. Many times personal trainers can be almost “scary” but with Luke everything is very easy and comfortable, I look forward to our sessions every week and I don’t feel anxious or insecure before starting and we always have a laugh. Working with Luke has changed the way I approach my health and fitness. When I started, I didn’t need another extreme plan or short-term challenge - I needed something that actually fit around my life. I’ve got a demanding job, a young family, and a schedule that can be chaotic. Instead of trying to force me into a rigid system, Luke designed the journey around me. That’s made all the difference. Yes, I’m 10kg down - and I’m proud of that - but that’s just a by-product of the real change. The biggest shift has been in my mindset and self-awareness. I understand my habits better. I’ve built new ones that are realistic and sustainable. I’m not just chasing a goal anymore - I’m developing a new identity and aligning my behaviour with the person I actually want to become. My relationship with food has improved. I’ve gained knowledge instead of just following rules. I’m learning how to strength train properly and I’m getting stronger every week. That sense of progress has been huge for me as I can be inpatient 🤣 Most importantly, I’ve stayed consistent - even with a crazy job and family life. Consistency is something I’ve struggled with in the past, but this time it feels different because the plan doesn’t complicate my life. I feel like I’m on a trajectory now - not just toward weight loss, but toward becoming a better version of myself. If you want something sustainable, personalised, and built around real life, I can’t recommend Luke highly enough.
